Oh God this post is late and I missed last week, sorry about that, I’ll just say that I really wish this show didn’t air on Tuesday. Oh and here are just my quick thoughts on episode 2 as penance. It was better than the first episode, there were some very stupid scenes but none of that held it back from being an incredibly fun episode.
Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about episode 3, shall we?
The 2nd annual Aniblog Tourney is in full swing with the first round to completed within the the week, in fact it could already be done, the round is so massive I get lost. And by some wondrous miracle the aniblog gods have seen to it that we won our first match and by a surprisingly large margin too.
So seeing the whole point of the tourney is to readers and visitors to other interesting aniblog’s I thought it’d be a good idea to put the spotlight on our opponents.
Now that I’m done with exams and the semester, I officially have NO life for about 4 months! Too Long!! Oh well, for this long period of having nothing productive to do, I guess that I have two objectives: Lose the beer belly and reach new heights as an anime watcher.

For some reason, so far, when I watch The Legend of Korra, I don’t get very excited. I get excited before I watch it, in anticipation of it, but during the episodes… Meh.
Okay maybe “meh” is an unfair reaction – it’s not that bad, but when I re-watch some of the episodes from The Last Airbender, I get pretty happy. Admittedly, a lot of that comes from watching Toph Earthbend. So far I haven’t seen any bending action that compares to what Toph does in The Last Airbender, but I know there’s still lots of room for things to get better. And that’s one of the things The Legend of Korra’s got going for it: potential.
So Blindability gave me this anime to First Impressionify… AND I did say guns and girls make a good combo…
HOWEVER I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO DO A FIRST IMPRESSION BECAUSE….
Let me formally notify you that this post is 100% biased because I’ve met my first pop idol crush. I think that’s what it’s called. Maybe those into J-Pop might be fawning over AKB48 or K-Pop’s Girl’s Generation idolization understand that idol hysteria. Well, Sanka Rea’s voice actress -in my opinion- is adorable.
You’re officially too popular for your own good.
Earlier this month I had a “Boss Moment” and assigned each one of my writers one show at random from the Spring line up to review. For myself, I would review whichever show one of the other writers suggested; Gooney spoke first and assigned me Haiyore! Nyaruko-san.
