Busy with exams and assignments, I find little time to update my blog. Luckily I have Loba and Scamp on my side. Anyways, I do have time to follow up with Code Geass and episode 22 (this week’s) is such a WTF. That (hopefully) would follow soon. Now, for the long overdue review of episode 20.
Thoughts: To be at this stage of the story (nearing the big finale), it is very disappointing to see how bad the animation quality for Code Geass at this episode. In fact, I was very hard for me to get a decent screenshot simply because there is no better ones to take. Nonetheless, the review had to go on. This episode is brilliant in its own way (let’s ignore the lousy animation for awhile and yes, you can blame SUNRISE for this one). The ever-scheming Schniezel is already making his move to take over the throne, now with the confrontation between Charles and Lelouch. It is certain that Schniezel will take advantage the outcome of this duel. Charles is now activating the Ragnarok – the weapon which will destroy the world. As if FLEIJA alone is not enough. For now, I do not want to speculate anything because most of them are answered in episode 21. As a matter of fact, episode 22 had also confirmed some of my earlier suspicion.
