Hetalia Axis Powers episode 3

Ah, finally Hetalia is onto the part of history I actually know far more about: pre WWII. So instead of random musings on historical conflict and occasional insults directed towards the Koreans, I can now actually talk about the episode in far more detail.

Disclaimer: I don’t actually know what’s going on either. These are just me taking educated guesses based on my historical knowledge. The only person who really knows what’s going on is the author himself.

Unfortunatly for Germany, Italy doesn't sing as well as Pavaroti

We start off with Italy singing a beautiful song that brought tears to my eyes…lol. It’s worth watching the episode for that song alone. ‘The women are all bigger than me’… I love this show.

For those of you who don’t understand, here comes my expert explanations. After WWI, France and Britain made Germany pay huge reparations in the treaty of Versailles. Why cuckoo clocks I have no idea, I always thought that was the Swiss. But the whole world is in a bit of a depression, including our dear friend Italy. So Germany prints loads of extra money which results in rapid inflation and sooner or later you get eggs costing 32098581 marks and printing paper being more expensive than money itself.

How can you not love this guy, with his fashionable beret and everything. Trust the Italians to be able to pull off whatever type of clothes they wear

And then WWII begins and so does the main bulk of the plot, as my faithful Hetalia fangirl friend tells me. Italy and Germany become allied again, Germany not learning from his mistakes, and ends up having to help Italy out in the desert. Except this is Hetalia so instead of sending over Rommel to help Italy’s badly led and badly run army, Germany sends over water so Italy can cook pasta…only in Hetalia

But who’s this dashingly handsome man surrounded by falling sakura petals? Why, he’s the third member of the Axis powers. It’s the Almighty JAPAN!

I will admit that I do not have this anime on my website. However, I can tell from the images that the anime is in standard definition.

Anyway, I found your blog through another blog. I can’t exactly remember which. However, I figured you’d be interested in HD Streaming Anime. No, I’m not talking about Crunchyroll. I’m talking about Ultra Edge. Yeah, it’s my website, but I figured you’d be interested. You can just click my name to check it out if you’re interested. Anyway, interesting blog ya got there. Very informative.

Sorry, you bald, middle-aged perverts. But thanks for the hit anyway.
