Major Baseball TV Anime’s 6th Season to Debut in April

2010’s combined 2nd/3rd issue of Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine is announcing next Wednesday that the sixth season of the Major baseball television anime series will premiere on April 3, 2010. The anime is based on Takuya Mitsuda’s long-running manga about a young pitcher who aspires to follow in his father’s footsteps into the major leagues.

Personally, I’ve only watched the first three seasons.  No matter how childish or “for kids” this anime/manga can be, it’s worth every minute of it.  I recommend to everyone, especially if you like watching anime about sports.

Wow… just by looking at the artwork on that picture it almost makes me want to at least think about watching. Seems interesting, but I don’t intend to start watching so soon though, only because Winter season has so many other AWESOME ones…

I am a loyal fan of Major i loved all 5 seasons soo very much
and when i heard s6 was coming out i was sooo excited
but now into s6 episode 8 already … i do find it is going slowly and seems to be less the action we loved in the past seasons. BUT i do still enjoy watching it … Goro character is the best i love the voice acting. and I hope the action starts picking up 😀
