The Super Late Con Coverage: Otakuthon 2012 – The Saturday Portion: I LOVE YOU (NOT), REI!!!

This post is proof that I am still alive and lazy well. This is a report of my 2nd year experience at Otakuthon 2012 in Montreal that took place during the dates of August 3rd to August 5th (Oh how late I am). As I am too much of a sociopathic narcissist to interact with human beings, this post will not make mention of any external human behavior. However, what this post has is the entire Ohmi Tomoe concert. Whoever she is, it doesn’t matter as long she can sing.

Note that I did not participate on Day 1 as the convention started at 5 PM and as there wasn’t really any good panels at first sight. I only went to get my pass on that day. I must say that waiting for an hour almost killed my back. It’s a sign that I must cosplay as an old geezer next year. Also, Day 3 was not worth of mention to be in this post.

The consequence of the damage on the Dyson Bladeless Fan

[Woah, it feels like an eternity since I wrote anything. I think it’s been half a month already. NHL Hockey Playoffs really took my attention on anime away for this past time. I can already feel the rust and, so, I need to publish something to break the ice again. This post about Kore wa Zombie desu ka? of the Dead is pretty short (less than 350 words long including this chunk). I’m actually doing nothing more than pointing out a comical observation.]

Remember when Dyson-chan got damaged by Ayumu on episode 5 of Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? Of The Dead?

The path to insanity: Watching 400 TV anime series

Now that I’m done with exams and the semester, I officially have NO life for about 4 months! Too Long!! Oh well, for this long period of having nothing productive to do, I guess that I have two objectives: Lose the beer belly and reach new heights as an anime watcher.

Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? of the Dead – Episode 1 – 3

Yet again, we continue the “Better than Never” theme in Bokutachi no Blog. Also, I hope you guys and gals enjoyed 4/20 and your puff of weed yesterday.

Back to the subject

The return of Kore wa Zombie desu ka? only means one thing: The return of not just quality fan service but THE fan service. Quite literally may I say.

I’ll be damned if that wasn’t a pun from the part of the producers

First Impressions: Nazo no Kanojo X Episode 1 and 2 – Yummy Magical Drool

Better late than never, right?

Let me call this for future reference:

A few seasons ago, it was ear cleaning (Hen Zemi). Last season, it was toothbrushing (Nisemonogatari). This season, it’s drool licking (Nazo no Kanojo X). So logically speaking, nose picking must be next!

If a guy or a girl happens to romantically or sexually pick the nose of someone of the opposite sex in an anime coming to a near future, everyone who read this and who blog such an anime must quote me as a great genius.

“I am Drunk” First Impressions – Tasogare Otome X Amnesia *hick*

Well, Blindability challenged everyone to write a first impression on a show of her choice. So, she chose for me Tasogare Otome X Amnesia, or Dusk Maiden of Amnesia. It doesn’t matter to me which title is better, because they’re both forgettable. Here’s a warning: I read some of the manga and I despised it, thus making it hard for me not to be biased about this episode or for me to make any sense (especially after the 14th Vodka shot).

The world’s most useless data: Kimi to Boku II Cat Meter – Ep 1-2

I’m not sure if anyone has started this, but I’m going to do it! I’m going to count every random cat shots in Kimi to Boku II. At least, I’ll finally have a reason to watch that boring show. So, for all of those who are planning to marathon this series and do a drinking game at the same time, I’m gathering the world’s most useless data for you, so that you know how much and what kind of drinks you need. I was actually supposed to introduce the cat meter on this week’s A Week in Review, but I don’t think I can finish it. I have too many first impressions that I haven’t finished doing. In addition, I’m pretty busy next week. So, I might as well introduce this totally useless thing on this individual post and continue the count for Episode 3 on April 16th-22nd’s A Week in Review.

Rules of this highly budgeted, yet useless, scientific research: Continue reading ‘The world’s most useless data: Kimi to Boku II Cat Meter – Ep 1-2’

A Week in Review: March 19th – 25th: Jormungand a potential hit?, Guilty Crown ending, Aquarion and more sexual innuendo?

Two weeks have passed since I wrote anything. The week of March 12th – 18th was pretty uninteresting for me to do A Week In Review. I was trying to join Blindability and Gooney in the bandwagon by answering Ace Railgun’s 50 questions, but I couldn’t build any motivation to finish it. I was a bit too lazy to edit pictures and to determine the exact motorcycle part that caused me my worse injury. Instead, I took the Hippie Student Strike in Montreal as an opportunity to laze around. I can always make a highlight of Marc 12th – 18th like I did with my last post, but I just can’t seem to remember anything from that week, except for one thing: Aquarion Evol got delayed in TV Tokyo’s time slot by a  30 minute long promo about DHA/EPA, which was very annoying. If I had any editing skills, I would have made a picture of Amata Sora holding a bottle of drugs.

Let’s start-up with this “lazy” week in review as I may be dry on referencial jokes.
