Unfortunately, time has become a big factor in my study life now. And studying is about all I do for life these days so as you can see time becomes even shorter, *sob*. I’m ok though, in case any of you cared, (probably not). But with that, I would like all of you who read and follow my weekly review of Asura Cryin’ Season 2 to please leave me a comment letting me know that you follow. I don’t want to sound bossy and I don’t want to force anyone, but I’m just saying that if I get no manifestations then I will have to stop reviewing this anime.

Asura Cryin’ Season 2 Ep 5

I’ve noticed that the studio likes taking a break from those constant action-filled episodes every now and then. And that’s exactly what we have here. So, instead of Super-Tomo and his trusty sidekick Misao, we get to witness the lovely (and hilarious) bonding time between Tomo and Kanade. And if any of you think that Japanese girls are all shy and too scared to hit-on or flirt with guys, well then you’re probably right. But I do know that in this episode we see very clearly that shy girls like Kanade will still get what they want even if they don’t say a single word. Scary isn’t it? When you start to realize how powerful women REALLY are. *shiver*

Ok, so before I start I just wanted to let you all know that I watch all of my streaming on watchanimeon.com, and recently they’ve added an Asian Drama section to it. So they have movies from all these Asian countries including Japan, but what I set my eyes on first was the Death Note movie. Yet, keep in mind that I have never seen any anime episodes of Death Note because it’s just not my style. But I guess this time I got a little interested with how Japanese movies look like with real people. *deep sigh* All I can say is, that I was deeply disappointed with the movie. They actually have like 3 Death Note movies, but after watching the first, I will NEVER even waste my time watching the next. I’m sorry, but how could they make the main character some ruthless, merciless, coward, who sacrificed his own loved on! I just can’t enjoy something like that, sorry.

By the way, I definitely want to recommend the streaming website I mentioned earlier, only because scamp seems to have been going crazy over some rip-off Craproll he got, XD.

Asura Cryin’ Season 2 Ep3

So as I’ve said before, this anime is like the “superman” of all mecha related anime. They do a great job with the CGI, (even though it may look a little out of place, XD) but we can never forget that the first season only gave us a mere ‘intro’ to what is now Tomoharu’s quest. Which is to change the fate of the Handlers and of the Burial Dolls. If we remember well in the beginning of this season, Tomoharu’s first intentions was to find his brother, which for some reason is almost impossible to find! The last episode left us off with Tokiya the Science President, and also the cotton-stuffed Koala, reunited with his beloved Tooru. And in return, Tokiya was going to help Tomoharu find his brother. Ok, shall we…

Asura Cryin’ Season2 Ep2

Have you ever had a teacher that gave you too much information all at once? And then you decided to try and remember all of the basic and important stuff, but then you realized you were completely lost in oblivion? Well… That’s about how I felt with this episode of Asura Cryin. But I also have to say that I was well pleased with the level of excitement they’re raising up.

First Impressions: Asura Cryin’ Season2 Ep1

Mainly because of my love for the good-old fashion romance/comedy anime, I decided to go ahead and take a very cautious look at the oh-so-hated upon Asura Cryin’ Season 2 episode. I will have to admit that even though Scamp gave a rather good review on it, I still am a fan of the fist season of Asura Cryin. Which is why I was surprised to not see to many people defending this anime. Truthfully, I have to hand it to Seven Arcs and praise them for the mecha-style character designs they did. I really enjoyed the story line…BUT, I definitely did not like the ending. *sob, *sniffle sniffle, it made me cry! *runs while wailing all the way to the bathroom to blow nose.  XD

Fall 2009 Anime Season Preview

Maybe it’s because the first time I visited an anime blog was to read a Spring 2008 season preview, but these season preview posts always feel a bit special. Nothing else takes as much time to make or attracts as much hits. Season Previews are arguably the most important posts blogs produce for the rest of the anime community (well I’d argue that it is). So sit back and enjoy the latest Fall Anime Season Preview! (why Fall? Real men say Autumn)

You can probably see where I’m going with this picture. Not only does this season see the return of one dog-eared demon, but we also see the birth of a brand new hit. It’s a good time to be a shounen fanboy. Shame I’m not one…

Most of the synopsis are either taken fron ANN or MAL (even though MAL takes most of it’s synopsis’ from ANN but whatever). Other info is generally taken from Chartfag’s amazing chart, Moetron or Can you Moe. You can also go to Ganbatte’s preview as it’s the only other one I’ve seen that’s actually had effort put into it.
