Ah it’s the last episode. Normally last episodes wrap up the plot nicely. Instead we just get an episode of fan service. Oh well!
I’m going to divide this review into 4 sections: Plot, Fanservice, episode impressions and final impressions.

You are sitting at home, minding your own business when you hear your phone go off. You don’t recognise the number but you answer it anyway. You hear a harsh, evil voice crackle through the other end…
I have a lot to say here, but I guess I should say the most important thing is that there is a second season of Natsume Yuujinchou. Yup, so don’t expect the plot to finish over this and the next episode. Just expect QUALITY. Because yes, Natsume Yuujinchou has really turned out to be a very enjoyable show. In fact, I think I will bestow upon it the award of best anime tv series of the summer season of 2008. Admittedly summer was fairly horrible altogether. Xam’d is also a better show but Natsume gets the award because Xam’d isn’t technically a summer show, it just got the nod to be available to that elite group of Americans who own PS3’s, Xam’d has only begun to air on Japanese tv recently, making it an Autumn anime.
But yeah, enough of that, onto the latest episode!
This is a light hearted episode of Natsume Yuujinchou. Just thought I should give you that warning if you haven’t watched it yet. I recommend treating it something like you would FUMOFFU, just something to have a bit of a laugh at
I suppose you could call this episode ‘Nyanko Fanservie’. Read on for some suggestive pictures of Nyanko
A wee bit behind with this post of Natsume, but I’m usually hyper punctual so I’m sure nobody else will mind. Besides, Bokutachi no BLOG is currently doing it’s 2008 fall/Autumn anime preview! This will be out when Brian and Loba have collected their thoughts, so keep a bookmark on here because I’m sure you’ll learn something new about the new series from us.
But that is for later and this is Natsume Yuujinchou episode 10, and I have to say that this was my favorite so far.
I’ve got so many things I want to share with you folks, such as the crazy happenings in the English Premiership. I could also blabber on about the fact that I’m now 18 so now I can legally drink, smoke, gamble and buy x-rated movies. I could also mention the fact that I only yesterday discovered that yaoi paddles actually exist, which made me wonder whether there is some sort of connection between homosexuality and rowing.
But no, instead I will write about Natsume Yuujinchou episode 9, because that’s what you all really want to hear about.
Did you see Usain Bolt 100m? More importantly have you seen the parody of his win? It’s here if you want to watch it. But seriously, that race has to be one of the most bizarre things I have ever seen in sport. Oh wait, this is an anime blog, better get back to anime.
This episode of Natsume Yuujinchou involves fireflies and curly noodles
